New PreC-PostC View for Operations and Materials

To the group 'Operations and materials' in the tab 'VC-NC' 'VC-NC' is the new added display 'VC-NC (8001)'. This view uses a list view with groupings and is now the default view you get after Restore the default view.

Pivot tables in lists are no longer supported. Therefore, the VC-NC (8000) view that uses a pivot table is discontinued with this version.
