Fiscal Year Automatically Determined in Smart Client

The determination of the fiscal year in the Shop Floor is now automatic in the Smart client. The fiscal year is determined based on the current date. The period table is used for this purpose, so that even with split fiscal years, the correct fiscal year can be identified. After the fiscal year transition, it no longer needs to be manually adjusted in the Windows Shop Floor. The fiscal year is used in the Shop Floor, for example, for the process numbering of notifications.
