Automate Your Purchase Invoice Process with Supplydrive

Booking purchase invoices is an important administrative process for every organization that involves many steps. Receiving invoices, storing them in a folder, sorting what still needs to be processed, printing, circulating them within the organization for approval, booking, and paying. It is time-consuming and there is a high risk of errors, which can lead to reminders from suppliers or delays in post-calculation calculations. Together with Supplydrive, MKG offers an accessible solution to automate and thereby facilitate this process. Supplydrive provides the technology to accelerate the booking process, while MKG offers integration with the business process.

How does it work?

Supplydrive reads all invoices received at a designated email address and prepares them for processing in MKG. The financial administration then uses MKG as the starting point for booking the invoices. The emphasis is on checking and possibly supplementing the invoice offered by Supplydrive. After that, the organization takes over. In collaboration with an MKG consultant, the processing process is set up: digitally circulating through the organization by means of approval, authorization for payment, and then payment.

“Knowing that we were a pilot customer, we confidently embarked on the project. It certainly saves time with booking. We see the time savings gradually increasing and becoming higher. For us, the new method mainly offers more insight into our purchase invoices. By automatically linking the PDF to the purchase invoice in MKG, we can complete the purchasing process entirely digitally in MKG.”
