In this overview, you will find the button icons and fields of the Sales Delivery Notes module with a brief explanation. When you hover the mouse over a button in the MKG software, the name of the button will also appear.

Memo fields can be found everywhere in MKG. There are various options to provide these fields with additional information. These options are explained in more detail in this article.

So-called extra fields are available in MKG in various modules. You can assign these fields at your own discretion, for example because the desired information cannot be recorded elsewhere in MKG. In this article you can read an example of how you can create a selection list for such an extra field.

Within the Relationships module, you manage all your relationships along with associated addresses and contacts. When creating a relationship, we do not yet refer to a customer or supplier, as a relationship can be both. The basic data of such a relationship only needs to be recorded once.

In the Batch Management module, you manage all active batches. These are the batches that have not yet been completed logistically and financially.

Employee Management is used to record the master data of the employee. The screen has various buttons on the toolbar and several tabs.

The creation and maintenance of general ledger accounts in MKG is performed in the General Ledger Account Management module.

Articles are products that are sold, purchased, and/or produced. Using Article Management in MKG, articles can be recorded and managed.
