The 'Resource Calendar' allows for the setup of an availability calendar for the resource. This availability period can be linked to a resource.

In the process table 'Resource Group', a resource group can be defined. This can be used for reporting and for displaying a capacity overview.

To be able to schedule with a resource, the availability of the resource must also be specified for all days of the week and public holidays.

The capacity overview is a separate module in MKG that displays how capacity is planned relative to the available capacity.
