SCSN, automatically sharing order data
with customers and suppliers

Smart Connected Supplier Network (SCSN) is a data standard that makes the exchange of information in the supply chain more efficient. Through SCSN, you can share data with your customers and suppliers more easily, quickly, and reliably. Connect MKG to one of the service providers, and your messages will be automatically retrieved and delivered.

On the sales side, orders are imported and possibly validated. Subsequently, the order confirmation, packing slip, and invoice can be sent. It is also possible to share any price agreements or material certificates. On the purchasing side, orders are sent, after which the confirmations are imported and purchase invoices, including automatic line matching, are processed.

MKG / CAD integration

To ensure that data can be easily exchanged between CAD or PDM and MKG, MKG has developed add-ons with several parties. These seamlessly connect the systems to each other, contributing to easy data exchange and more effective production processes. If a colleague engineer makes a change in the CAD model, for example, items, bills of materials, and document links for purchasing and assembly are automatically updated. These add-ons reduce the chance of errors, save time, and enhance overall quality.
