Distinction per type of message from Support

Messages that you could open via the yellow dot at 'Support' were all displayed under Malfunctions. We have adjusted this. The messages are now displayed under Malfunctions/Planned Maintenance/Notifications, so not all types of messages are shown under Malfunctions.
