User Could See All Hours if No Employee Was Linked

If no employee was linked to a user, this user could see all hours in the MKG App, including those of other employees. From now on, a message will be shown that no employee has been linked. If the linked employee is inactive, no hours can be registered. The own previously entered hours can be viewed.
