Implementation Consultant

What will you do?

In this varied role, you are responsible for implementing the MKG software at new clients and managing the MKG software at existing clients. As an MKG consultant, you advise clients in both cases on logistical and financial business processes and provide solutions for these:

• You will carry out the implementation of these solutions yourself. This is done using a project-based approach.
• You assess the client's needs and tailor your implementation accordingly. Providing training and instructions is part of your duties.
• Under the guidance of a senior consultant, you carry out (short) improvement projects at existing clients.

What do we expect from you?

Process monitoring and reporting in terms of time and activities for billing & client.

• Analytical, expert, calm, pragmatic, and convincing.
• Higher professional/university level of working and thinking.
• Several years of relevant work experience with ERP software implementation and/or experience in the metal industry combined with ERP is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, creative, professional, not a 9-5 mentality.
• Quality-driven, customer-oriented, and decisive.
• Of course, you have good communication skills (Dutch).
• A man/woman aged between 25 and 33 fits well into our current team.
