API Release: Service New Link for Calculation Sub-assemblies

For calculation sub-assemblies, the New Link [s_offer_link] service has been released for the MKG API. This makes it possible to create a new link with a sales quote line afterwards. More information about the call can be found in the Data Dictionary: table 'clcr'.
