Sales Invoice (8403): Formatting of Some Fields Adjusted

To make numbers more readable, we have adjusted the format mask of some fields on the Sales Invoice (8403) report. This means that numbers smaller than 1 are now displayed with a 0 before the dot (for example, 0.50 instead of .50).
