Purchase Order (8405): Additional Costs Overview Added

The standard report Purchase Order (8405) now includes an overview of Additional Costs listed on a purchase order. Additionally, the total amounts for goods/services and additional costs are displayed in the summary. If there are no additional costs present, they will not be shown.
