Performance Improved of Hours and Notifications Lists

The performance of the module has been improved. More data than necessary was retrieved in the 'Hours' and 'Notifications' lists. This has been adjusted. The 'All Hours' option is no longer available and data is only retrieved for 'Hours of Order' when a production order has been selected. In 'Order Notifications', data is only retrieved once a production order has been selected.
