Sales Order Lines Validated Can Be Read via API in Imported Status

From now on it is possible to read sales order lines via the API and place them in the 'Imported' status. To do this, add 't_validate': 'true' to the call. After the line has been imported, you can only change it but not confirm it. To continue you need to validate the lines via the client.
