Authorization wasn't Applied Correctly in Creditors Maintenance

Users who were not authorized for 'Maintenance' of the 'Creditors' module appeared via the module CRM > tab 'Purchase' > group 'Creditors' to be able to create a new creditor. We have resolved this.
