Multi-factor Authentication at Logging In is Now Possible

Under the user settings it is now possible to set up multi-factor authentication. This increases the security of a user account. If you set this, the user will see a QR code after the next login. An Authenticator app is required on a smartphone or other personal device to scan the code, after which the account is linked in the app. The app shows a code that you enter to log in.

If a user no longer has access to the Authenticator app, the administrator can uncheck and check the 'Multifactor authentication' box. A QR code will be shown again on the next login attempt.
