Dashboard 'PC-AC Employee Hours (8010)': general explanation

The standard dashboard 'PC-AC Employee Hours' provides insight into the PC-AC ratio per employee based on the AC hours. The lower the AC relative to the PC, the better the efficiency.

Target audience

  • Production managers

Where in MKG?

  1. Open the module Production Dashboards.
  2. If the dashboard is not displayed immediately: click the hamburger icon in the top right toolbar and select the option 'Forms' » 'Dashboard'.
  3. Click the Views
button and select PC-AC Employee Hours (8010).

Parameters

  • From: the date from the physical creation of the production order line of the operation.
  • Up to and including: the date up to and including the physical creation of the production order line of the operation.
  • PC on operations with multiple employees: this parameter shows operation actual cost lines where different employees clocked in on the pre-calculation:
    • based on AC hours factor: if multiple employees clocked in on the pre-calculation, the PC time is distributed per employee proportionally to the share they clocked in on actual costs.
    • Exclude: if multiple employees clocked in on the pre-calculation, this is excluded from the analysis.

Special notes

  • If time is clocked on an actual costing not linked to a pre-calculation, it is not included in the analysis since this AC time cannot be compared.
