Definition and amendment number added to confirmation email Consultancy

When all those involved in an activity of the 'Consultancy' type have agreed so the activity is confirmed, an e-mail is sent to all the participants and users as confirmation. This e-mail has now been expanded with the description and the TOPdesk amendment number.
