Updating PC number applied by default on Report Production Ready

If the Report Production Ready action had the Update PC Number field not added to the list, after reporting a larger number than the PC of a production order indicates, the production number was not updated. We have improved this. If this field is not present, this default is applied so that the production number is updated.
