New Convert Shortcuts and All Options buttons

Two new buttons have been added to the Documents module:

• Convert Shortcuts. With this button, documents that are included as a shortcut in the documents folder can be converted to a reference to a physical file.
• All Options. Here are three options:
  • 'Shortcut in document folder': only the documents are shown that are included as shortcuts in the document folder (this selection can be used for the Convert Shortcuts action).
  • 'Reference to physical file': only the documents are shown that contain a reference to a physical file.
  • 'Clear mark': all documents are displayed.
