Creating collections based on documents is now possible

In the User LDM, collections can now be created based on documents that can then be approached as a normal collection and referred to. It is possible to indicate which categories this collection should contain and whether it should also show documents from underlying processes. This is possible through UI properties.

  • All documents are shown, not of underlying processes.
• UI properties: Disabled=1;service=FillDocument(InclSubProces=1)
  • All documents are displayed, including underlying processes.
• UI properties: Disabled=1;service=FillDocument(categories=1,InclSubProces=1)
  • Only category 1 documents are shown, including those of underlying processes.
• UI properties: Disabled=1;service=FillDocument(categories=1+2,InclSubProces=1)
  • Only category 1 and category 2 documents are shown, including those of underlying processes.
