New button Change journal entry

With the button Change journal entry it is now possible to edit the fields General ledger account, Cost center, Work costs scheme, Description, Description 2, Description 3 and Memo.

This functionality is available under the following conditions:

• The period of mutation is not closed.
• Payments: mutation type 12 (Ledger payment) and mutation subtypes 44 (Ledger) and 88 (Sales ledger payment).
• Journal entries: mutation type 13 (Journal) and mutation subtype 46 (Journal entry).
• Sales invoices: mutation type 14 (Manual sales invoice) and mutation subtype 2 (Revenue); the ledger account on the sales invoice line is also adjusted.
• Purchase invoices: mutation type 15 (Manual purchase invoice) and mutation subtypes 77 (Material) and 78 (Man); the ledger account on the purchase invoice line is also adjusted.

When saving, it is always mandatory to change the Memo field.

NB!
The Change Journal Entry button is only available to administrators and to users who have been granted access via authorization. By default, a user has no access; the authorization can only be overridden at user level.
