T-balance: type of ledger account for determining debit or credit

The T-Balance (8020) dashboard has been modified so that the presentation type of the ledger account is used to determine whether it is a debit or credit account. In addition, a new parameter has been added to suppress ledger accounts and subclassifications if they have a balance of 0.
