Calculate call released for MKG API

The Calculate service for sales quotation lines has been released for API calls.

[vofh_num]: sales quotation number
[vofr_num]: sales quotation line number
MessageResult: 0 = "No", 1 = "Yes". In MKG you will be asked if you want to continue with this action. The action "Yes"(1) must be given here.
