The Report as finished button becomes active for operations with the Specify property

For operations with property 'Specify' = true, the Report as finished button is now active. This gives the hour record the property 'Ready' and fills the Number of finished field with the total number. After using the Report as finished button, an employee no longer has to click on Specify to stop an operation.
