Dashboard 'T-Balance (8020)': general explanation

With the standard dashboard 'T-Balance', the ratio between equity and liabilities can be quickly and easily assessed, providing insight into the financial health of your company. The dashboard helps identify potential financial issues and determine liquidity and solvency.

Where in MKG?

Open the module My Company.
If the dashboard is not displayed immediately: Click the hamburger
in the top right of the toolbar and select the option 'Forms' » 'Dashboard'.
Click the Views
button and select T-Balance (8020).

Parameters

Until period: the period up to which the dashboard displays data.
Suppress general ledger accounts without balance: if checked, general ledger accounts without balance will be suppressed.

Special notes

This dashboard retrieves data from the currently logged-in fiscal year.

Add to 'My Dashboards'?
If you use this dashboard regularly, add it to My Dashboards and make this module available from the MKG Start page. This way, you create your own cockpit from the data in your database. How to add dashboards is explained in How to set up 'My Dashboards'
