Creating Homepage Views

In several modules in MKG, you will find the navigation tree. The navigation tree is a tool that allows you to oversee a process with all its underlying components, such as calculations, bills of materials, or production orders with all semi-finished products, at a glance.
 


Customize your Homepage to your own preferences. This has been possible for a long time. The Views functionality has also been in MKG for quite a while. However, the combination is new. You can now create a view of the MKG Homepage, save it, and share it with one or more colleagues. Create multiple homepages and have all modules and actions in view with a single click, depending on your task at that moment or your role.

In the top right corner of the MKG Homepage, you will find the Views button. This allows you to easily add action, module, dashboard, or report blocks. Select your actions, modules, dashboards, or reports within this and set up your own page. Click 'Save view as...', give it a name, and check 'Show directly on menu bar'. The button with the name will then be visible on your homepage.
