Taking over advice material or semi-finished product can now be performed automatically

In Calculations and Production orders, the buttons Accept material advice and Accept semi-finished products advice can be found for outsourcing. These actions can now be performed automatically or you can be warned that this is desired.

Process notification when outsourcing
On a calculation operation and a production order operation PreC with the property 'Outsourcing' = true, the process message "Quantities no longer correspond to the quantities of the linked materials", if materials or semi-finished products are linked and one of the units (Number, Weight, Length, Area or Volume) does not match the advice found in the column 'Materials (incl. hf)'. The solution 'Accept material advice' is offered here.

• 'Once' is checked.
• The advice is accepted.

This solution performs the same actions as the Accept materials advice button. The message may appear if the action has not yet been performed, or if numbers or weights are adjusted on the semi-finished product, linked materials or linked semi-finished products.

Accept advice
Two options have been added to 'Calculate via the Calculation list', 'Produce via the Production list' and Extended copy of calculation semi-finished product and production semi-finished product:

• Accept material advice.
• Accept semi-finished products advice.

If one of these options is checked (only one can be checked at a time), when creating the semi-finished product, one of these two actions is performed for operations with the property 'Outsourcing' = true. As a result, you no longer have to perform this action manually for outsourcing and the units of the outsourcing are calculated based on the quantity of the semi-finished product in combination with the linked materials and/or semi-finished products.
