Focus on the Long Term

“Within MKG, I am responsible, along with a team, for the sales of our MKG5 ERP products and services. It is our task to find clients who are a good fit for our solutions and services. Only suitable clients will lead to satisfied clients, which is the ultimate goal: satisfied MKG5 users. Particularly, the consultative selling and the enjoyable conversations this often brings make the work enjoyable.

We offer a standard ERP package, specifically developed for metal companies, which leads to quick recognition at the companies we meet with. A standard proven package is what most companies are looking for. Customization is almost never the solution, especially not in the long term. Additionally, the focus is on the long-term relationship with our clients, where close contact through consultants is essential.

 


Discussing the needs of prospects, demonstrating our solutions (on-site or online), and following up through quotes and calls/emails constitute a large part of my daily activities. The contact with people/clients gives me much satisfaction, and when a prospect becomes a client, it always gives a thrill. I hope and expect to see many more happy MKG users in the coming years, which makes me proud to work at MKG.

Privately, I greatly enjoy my two children and my hobbies of cycling (road cycling and mountain biking) and playing tennis. Also, giving football training twice a week and coaching the match completes my week.”
