Why does MKG work well for us?

MKG5 offers extensive search functions that are of great added value to us. Often we can easily provide customers who have had a product made by us in the past with the correct drawing and/or information. This allows us to respond quickly, minimizing production downtime for the customer. This is also a plus for our employees, as they spend less time searching for the right data. Furthermore, entering hours via the app is a major advantage. Especially for our fitters on location, this has become an indispensable application.


What would we like to see improved in MKG?

Our wish is to work fully digitally to become even more efficient. However, this is not yet fully possible; a module to, for example, sign off the packing slip is missing. Possibly this could be added to the app. It would also be a great advantage if the packing slip could be synchronized with the sales order after the lines are completed. Often, double administrative actions are still performed in MKG to ultimately arrive at a correct invoice.”
