Create Your Own Display of Your List

Each list in MKG can be customized according to what you want to see at that moment. By creating a View from this screen layout, you can get the same view every time with just one click. In the video 'How to create your own display of your lists?' you are presented with several options to create your own display that you can even share with colleagues.



Is the setup of your list and screen layout completely according to your preferences? Then first click the Views button and then on 'Save view as...'. In the 'Add View' screen, provide a description and a short description. This Short description will be the name of the button you create. Check the boxes as desired and click OK. You have now created your own view. The 'Linked to' option allows you to share your view with your colleagues.
