Dashboard 'PC-AC hours (8007)': general explanation

Where in MKG?

1. Open the module Production Dashboards.
2. If the dashboard is not shown immediately: click the hamburger
   in the top right of the toolbar and select the option 'Forms' » 'Dashboard'.
3. Click the Views
   button and select PC-AC hours (8007).

Parameters

• Date from: the date from which the dashboard displays data.
• Date until: the date up to and including which the dashboard displays data.

Special notes

• The dashboard only shows pre-calculations and actual costs that are linked to each other and have the same operation. On the tab 'AC not linked', the grid 'AC not linked or on different operation' shows all post-calculations that are not linked to a pre-calculation or whose pre-calculation operation differs from the actual cost operation. The 'Total Overview' shows per operation how much time has been clocked and which part of that is linked or unlinked; the lower the number of unlinked hours in relation to the number of linked hours, the better the hours are recorded.
• In the grids on the tabs 'PC with linked AC (Operation Group)', 'PC with linked AC (Operation)', 'PC with linked AC (Item)', and 'PC with linked AC (Debtors)', rows can be clicked to zoom in further.
