Add Color to Your Resource Planning

Your familiar planning screen becomes much more colorful. In Resource Planning, a new view is available: 'Previous Operation Status / Material (8008)'. This allows you to color the planning operations, enabling you to see at a glance the status of the previous operation and whether the material is available.

Right-click in the planning screen and select 'Calendar Settings' > 'Properties'. In the 'Agenda Properties' window, choose the colors for the availability of your material (none, partial, and all) on the 'Colors' tab. In your planning screen, the operation will be filled with these colors. On the 'Statuses' tab, assign a color to indicate the status of the previous operation (none, not started, started, and completed). In your planning screen, this color will be displayed in the vertical bar at the beginning of the operation.

Not only do you gain quicker insight into the planning of your resources this way, but the performance of Resource Planning has also improved. Since all colors are now calculated based on color and status, fewer database calls will be necessary.
