Dashboard 'Production Order Status List (8006)': general explanation

Where in MKG?

1. Open the module Production Dashboards.
2. If the dashboard is not displayed immediately: click the hamburger
   in the upper right toolbar and select the option 'Forms' » 'Dashboard'.
3. Click the Views
   button and select Production Order Status List (8006).

Parameters

• Show subassemblies: by selecting a value, you can determine which subassemblies are displayed (1 = all, 2 = not ready, 3 = with final assembly not ready).
• Show only critical or late subassemblies: if checked, only critical or late subassemblies are shown.

Statuses

• Planning has statuses 'On Schedule', 'Critical', and 'Late'. These statuses depend on the start and end dates of the operations. If one or more operations are not completed by the end date, the subassembly receives the status 'Late'. If one or more operations have not started after the start date, the subassembly receives the status 'Critical'. If all operations have started after the start date and are completed before the end date, the subassembly receives the status 'On Schedule'.
• Material has statuses 'Available' and '(Partially) not available'. This status indicates whether all materials required for the subassembly are available for processing. This is checked based on the material status of the first operation in the planning.
• Operation has statuses 'Not started', 'Started', and 'Completed'. These statuses are displayed in the planning depending on the start/completion status.

Special notes

• In the table 'Pending Production Orders', the quantity per subassembly is shown along with the status regarding the planning and material availability. Then, up to 10 operations are displayed showing the order in which the operations need to be executed and their status.
