Rules in Action List when Completing an Action

In the list of VC or NC production orders still to be completed, rules without a solution were mistakenly displayed. When the list was retrieved a second time, these rules were correctly removed from the list. From now on, the list is accurate on the first retrieval, resolving this issue.
