Condensed Trial Balance (8628): Report Suitable for Consolidation

The standard report Condensed Trial Balance (8628) is now suitable for a consolidated administration. We have made several changes to the report to achieve this:

• At the consolidation level, you can now choose 'Ledger per administration': the balances are broken down by administration and the ledger description is shown per administration.
• Include period 99: when determining the balances, you can now specify whether transactions in period 99 should be included.
• Lines without balances are no longer suppressed to make the report less complex.
• Totals are no longer bolded, so they are less likely to be printed on a second line.
• The section 'Unassigned Ledger Accounts' now also has a group header on the next page.

The revised structure of the report also ensures better performance, as fewer data need to be loaded.

The original report Condensed Trial Balance (8928) will be removed at a later stage.
