Dashboard 'Employee Hour Balance (8012)': general explanation

The standard dashboard 'Employee Hour Balance' displays all hour balances of your employees and all registered hours for the active fiscal year. You can adjust the displayed data by filtering on department/employee and/or period.

Where in MKG?

 

  1. Open the module My Company.
  2. If the dashboard is not displayed immediately: click the hamburger
    at the top right of the toolbar and select the option 'Forms' » 'Dashboard'.
  3. Click the Views button
    and select Employee Hour Balance (8012).

 

Parameters

 

  • This dashboard contains no parameters.

 

Details

 

  • In the upper pivot table, you create a view of the hour balances per employee per operation. This is the total balance for the period.
  • In the pivot table below, the operations per employee are broken down into the opening balance, mutations (plus/minus), and corrections. The total of this (the blue-colored row) is the same value as in the upper table.

 

Add to 'My Dashboards'?
