Layout order confirmation for user-LDM in sales order line

When a user has used custom fields (User LDM fields) in sales order lines and these were added as columns in the list, the layout settings of the order confirmation were no longer applied when performing the Confirm and Reconfirm actions (e.g., email with pdf). This issue arose in version 005.041 and was promptly resolved.
