Rounding Quantities in Manual Production Order Semi-Finished Product with Item Having Bill of Materials

When manually creating a production order for a semi-finished product with an item that has a bill of materials, the property 'Rounding quantities' was not inherited from the bill of materials semi-finished product, resulting in the Production quantity not being rounded when there was a Scrap percentage. This property is now correctly inherited.
