Dashboard 'Illness Hours Analysis (8004)': general explanation

The standard dashboard 'Illness Hours Analysis' displays the illness hours for a specified period. You can create breakdowns by department, by hour type, by operation, and by employee. For department or employee, the number of illness hours and attendance hours is directly visible. The total percentages of Present and Illness are presented via a pie chart.

Where in MKG?

 

  1. Open the module Production Dashboards.
  2. If the dashboard is not displayed immediately: click the hamburger menu
    at the top right of the toolbar and select the option 'Forms' » 'Dashboard'.
  3. Click the Views button
    and select Illness Hours Analysis (8004).

 

Parameters

 

  • Date from: the date from which the dashboard shows data.
  • Date to: the date until which the dashboard shows data.
  • Absence Hour Type: enter the number of the hour type 'Absent' according to the Hour Types table.
  • Operation Illness: enter the number of the operation 'Illness' according to the Operations table.
  • Illness Threshold: enter a number between 0 and 1 to determine the threshold value.
