Dashboard 'Trial Balance (8007)': general explanation

The standard dashboard 'Trial Balance' provides an overview of the balances of all general ledger accounts, divided into balance sheet and profit and loss. The general ledger categories can also be viewed in an aggregated form up to 2 levels.

Where in MKG?

  1. Open the My Company module.
  2. If the dashboard is not displayed immediately: click the hamburger
    in the top right of the toolbar and select the option 'Forms' » 'Dashboard'.
  3. Click the Views
    button and select Trial Balance (8007).

 

Parameters

  • From period: the period from which the dashboard displays data.
  • Until period: the period up to and including which the dashboard displays data.
  • Period 99: yes/no.
  • Suppress general ledger accounts without balance: yes/no.

 

Details

  • The tabs 'Sub 1 and 2' and 'Sub 1' show the general ledger categories aggregated at 2 levels and 1 level respectively.

 

Add to 'My Dashboards'?
