Dashboard 'General Ledger Account Result Comparison (8011)': general explanation

The standard dashboard 'General Ledger Account Result Comparison' provides an overview of the balances of all profit and loss general ledger accounts for the registered fiscal year, along with the associated budgets. The period balances are compared with the previous fiscal year.

Where in MKG?

 

  1. Open the module My Company.
  2. If the dashboard is not displayed immediately: click the hamburger
    at the top right of the toolbar and select the option 'Forms' » 'Dashboard'.
  3. Click the Views
    button and select General Ledger Account Result Comparison (8011).

 

Parameters

 

  • From period: the period from which the dashboard displays data.
  • Until period: the period up to and including which the dashboard displays data.
  • Suppress general ledger accounts without balance and budget: yes/no.

 

Details

 

  • The tabs 'Sub 1 and 2' and 'Sub 1' show the general ledger categories aggregated at 2 levels and 1 level, respectively.
