|
Note! |
Navigate through the MKG menu to: Batch Registration Batch Management to open the module.
Tab Batches
On the 'Batches' tab, all active batches from MKG are displayed by default when the module is opened. An active batch is a batch that has not been fully completed logistically and financially.
- Refresh. Refresh the screen based on the filter set at the top of the screen.
- Edit batch…. See below for the explanation.
- Batch…. Activate the filter and automatically refresh for the selected batch.
- Fin. mutations. Opens the View Mutations module to display the financial bookings in relation to the stock increases and decreases.
- Article. Opens Article Management when the batch originated from an article.
Batch Maintenance
The 'Batch Maintenance' screen is used to gain insight into the origin and consumption, consult additional information, and make any changes. The screen is divided into several tabs and a section with general information. This general information includes data about the batch quantities.
Tab Mutations
Use this screen to gain insight into the stock increase and decrease per batch. By adjusting the browser list settings, additional data such as the logistical mutation date can be added.
- Order…. Open the selected order line (sales, production, purchase) in the respective module.
- Fin. mutation…. Opens the View Mutations module to display the financial bookings in relation to this stock mutation.

The extra information entered during completion and booking will be presented here. |
Tab Free Fields
Additional information beyond what MKG requires for proper functioning can be recorded in free fields. Free fields are not automatically filled by MKG.
Tab Units
Provides insight into the source batch units. These cannot be modified.
Tab Documents
Displays the documents linked to the batch and offers options to add documents.
Closed Location Management
When batches are created for an article and the 'Closed Location Management' setting is active (see 'General' tab in Article Management), an extra 'Locations' tab appears in the 'Batch Maintenance' screen.
The concept behind 'Closed Location Management' is that stock mutations occur within a system of mandatory locations. Both stock additions and withdrawals cannot be executed without entering a location. Additionally, 'Closed Location Management' offers the possibility to place a single batch in multiple locations.
Once an article is in use, and in addition to 'Closed Batch Registration', 'Closed Location Management' must also be activated, this can be done by activating it in Article Management. MKG requires specifying a standard location; the location assigned to the existing stock.

Use only the 'Locations' tab to make changes and warehouse movements when using 'Closed Location Management'. The 'Location' field on the 'General' tab is automatically filled by MKG when creating the batch but has no further functional value. |
Tab Anonymous
The 'Anonymous' tab provides insight into the anonymously issued sales order or production order material lines.
- Refresh. Refreshes the screen based on the filter set at the top of the screen.
- Order…. Opens the selected order line (sales, production, purchase) in the respective module.
- Fin. mutations. Opens the View Mutations module to display the financial bookings in relation to the stock increases and decreases.

Only when anonymous stock withdrawals occur, will this screen display information. |
