Other Cost Types: Process Table

The above screenshot shows two types of other costs: freight costs for purchase and freight costs for sales. In the case of freight costs for purchase, these costs are specified when booking the procedural purchase invoice, and the costs will be recorded on the profit and loss account 4900 ‘Freight Costs’. In the case of freight costs for sales, it concerns a revenue account. The freight costs are recorded on revenue account 8200 'Other Revenues'. The freight costs for sales are recorded on a separate account, which is not mandatory.

Just like regular revenue bookings, the revenue specifications can also be split by type 'Country'.

'Other costs' rules may be added from the moment of creating a sales quotation until just before invoicing.
