Update MKG in Two Steps

To minimize the period during which MKG is offline during an update, from version 005.022 onwards the update process takes place in two steps. The first step is downloading the update; the second is the actual installation, which can only begin once the download is complete. Until that moment, all users can continue working in MKG without interruption.
