Dashboard 'Outstanding Items by Reference Period (8017)': not all outstanding items from the set reference period were displayed

The standard dashboard Outstanding Items by Reference Period (8017) did not display the outstanding items that originated within the specified reference period. For example, an outstanding item created on July 15 was not shown if the reference period was set to 7 instead of 8.
