Assigned dashboards are now also visible with missing authorization

Assigned dashboards are now always visible in the list of available dashboards, even if you are not authorized for one or more tables used in the dashboard. These dashboards are displayed in red and italic text. If you open such a dashboard, a message appears listing the tables for which access is denied, after which the dashboard is not executed.
