Improved notification when Ferro cannot perform an action due to missing authorization

Ferro now provides clearer indications when an action cannot be performed due to (missing) authorization. When opening a module for which you are not authorized, or when requesting restricted data, it is now explicitly stated that this is not possible due to missing authorization, instead of a general message that the response could not be found.
