New document libraries for SharePoint documents each month

Previously, when using SharePoint, all documents were stored in a single document library. Since SharePoint has a limit of 50,000 unique permissions per document library, security groups could no longer be applied to new SharePoint documents once that limit was reached.

Therefore, starting this version, documents are automatically stored in a new document library each month. If the document library for the respective month does not yet exist, it is automatically created.

By distributing documents across multiple document libraries, the number of permissions per library remains within SharePoint's limits. This ensures that security groups can always be applied correctly and that the solution continues to perform better even as the number of documents grows.
