Multiple options for 'End of Month' available

The End of Month field now offers the following options:

• 'No': this is the old behavior where 'End of Month' was unchecked. The entered payment date is determined by the number of due days, regardless of whether it crosses the month boundary.
• 'Number of days': this is the old behavior where 'End of Month' was checked. The entered payment date is the last day of the month, unless the end of the month falls within the number of due days (in that case, the entered payment date becomes the end date of the following month).
• 'End of Month': the entered payment date is determined by the number of due days after the end of the month.
